The Smyrna Educators Association, a union of public school employees, advocates for the rights and interests of its members and outstanding public education for all students.

As members of the Smyrna Educators Association and employees of the Smyrna School District, it is our goal to ensure that the children of our community receive the best education possible. We are also members of the Delaware State Education Association and the National Education Association.
